Our prices are for a 4-hour block of time. If you would like to have a longer party, you can add additional hours in the booking process. The clubhouse can be used for meetings, parties, community events, etc. We do have air conditioning and heat in the space.

We can not accomodate any pool parties for the summer of 2023. We do have availabilty for June 2 and 9th.

**Disclaimers. If you have over 50 guest you will need to increase your limits in 25 person increments at a rate of $50 per 25 guest. Numbers will be counted at your event and additional charges will be deducted from your security deposit.
