Our prices are for a 4 hour block of time. If you would like to have a longer party, you can add additional hours in the booking process. The clubhouse can be used for meetings, parties, community events, etc.

**Disclaimers. If you have over 50 guest you will need to increase your limits in 25 person increments at a rate of $50 per 25 guest. Numbers will be counted at your event and additional charges will be reduced from your security deposit.
