We are pleased to announce the start of our Larkspur Swim & Racquet Club Capital Campaign.  Our goal is to raise $100,000 over the next 4 years.  We have urgent repairs that we will begin working on within the next week.  Give what you can. No amount is too small, and the impact of every dollar will be seen next Spring.

The success of the Larkspur Swim and Racquet Club is important to the entire community. Neighborhoods that offer more attractive amenities see higher home values and have an increased sense of community.  We are very fortunate to have a pool to offer our community without paying dues and being part of a Homeowners Association.

We believe that we have a special property and with proper care and restoration, it will have generations of memories ahead.   With our central location and large common areas, this makes it the perfect hub for community gatherings.

To attract new members, we will strive to create an atmosphere where the community feels welcomed and included.  New members are looking for a facility that is clean, safe, and up to date.

The clubhouse shows its age with a parking lot, roof, siding, windows, and doors that need replacing.  The pool itself looks good and maintaining crystal clear water, but much of the equipment, tile, coping, and the pool surface has been repaired multiple times and will need replacing.

List of Our Top Priorities.

  • Pool: Leak Detection (Currently losing water)
  • Pool: Coping and Tile
  • Pool: Resurfacing
  • Pool: Cover
  • Exterior: Roof
  • Exterior: Windows and Doors
  • Exterior: Siding
  • Exterior: Security System
  • Exterior: Outdoor Shower
  • Exterior: Fence
  • Exterior: Furniture
  • Exterior: Heating and Cooling
  • Exterior: Parking Lot
  • Interior: Kitchen
  • Interior: Bathrooms
  • Interior: Paint and Flooring
  • Tennis: Court Resurface

Donors will be recognized for their support and a placard will be displayed at the main entrance.  The community will receive a full accounting on the funds collected and the money spent. We hope to make some noticeable improvements prior to the 2020 opening day.

Two Entry Door

Total Cost: $932.57

It’s important our facility is used to serve our community and our members.  Rental income and events that generate revenue are important to our future to success.  We have a need to know who and when people are entering and leaving our facility.  We need the ability to grant access without physical keys that must be passed from person to person.  A smart lock allows us to give personalized codes and access can be changed based on needs.  Our “old” doors were not secure and needed replacing.

  • Eric Landon and his brother in-law installed the door for FREE.
  • Doors Cost $477.76
